It's certain is that the investigation is not going to see the light of the day.

Although it is not proven Nisman’s death was ordered by Cristina Kirchner, it was ordered by another person to defend her...” (with or without her authorization or order). Those responsible were involved in the national intelligence sector.

As I've always asked, why was all the CCTV erased from all the cameras in the neighborhood.

Its obvious the Argentine government will never establish what happened with the AMIA case, or with Alberto Nisman, or also if Cristina Kirchner was involved in Nisman’s murder, because it would be bad for the nation's image.

Good call, el Think. The information offered by Llamamiento Argentino Judio is accurate and reflected in the legal case.

The above MP story is another example of the intense media coverage that fueled speculation that former Alberto Nisman had been murdered because of the former prosecutor's denunciation against the CFK government.

Of course, the flurry of biased information that circulated four years ago omitted mentioning that Nisman's statements that the MOU reached by the CFK government with Iran included the cancellation of red alerts on suspected Iranians.

Just before Nisman's death, the former Interpol director Roberto Noble clearly rebutted such information, stating instead that former foreign affairs minister Hector Timerman had insisted that said red alerts had to stay in place. From that point on, Nisman's “denunciation” was taking water from all sides.

Good on Chicureo for following the link and acknowledging its information.

Note that the source of the proffered “evidence” by Gauchito Drink is Pagina12, it says so right on the page of “Llamamiento Argentino Judío.” Go to Pagina12 and you can see the same tripe. He's just pushing the usual K lies, like he and his partner in the “Torturer's Tango Duo,” Kamerad/Komrade Rique, always do when they swing around the room cheek to cheek. It could not be otherwise...the usual suspects interpreting the prosecutor's death with help from past-before-date, Cold War prejudices.

Come on, guys. Nisman's death was a godsend to the opposition to the CFK government, the same opposition that one year later became government.

However, even if the judicial process continues, it has been utterly unable to find any evidence consistent with the murder theory. No traces of outside intervention, no suspects, nada.

But hey, what works better than a good murder suspicion? Never mind that Nisman's death was a major obstacle to the prosecutor's presentation before a bipartisan parliamentarian committee scheduled for the Monday his body was found. The CFK government wast the main interested party in having the prosecutor supporting his “denunciation” (a collection of gossip with no juridic foundations whatsoever), and Nisman's death left things in limbo -- a situation that continues four years later.

But “don't confuse me with facts -- my mind is made up.”

Conclusion: The usual suspects have abundantly stated in this thread their opinion about Nisman's death.

Of course, because they don't like CFK, they conclude that she must've ordered his assassination. They are certain that Nisman's death was not a suicide.

The same crowd have also demonstrated that, other than some disconnected thoughts, they know little about the subject and are utterly unable to articulate an argument. Just look below:
