Of course the Socialist government of Uruguay & Mexico wants a peaceful negotiation with the brutal dictator Maduro! Impossible; the only way out is to crush him & his close advisors! The government of Uruguay is as always a detriment to freedom.
Recognition of a self-appointed, second-in-row president? Is it perhaps an attempt to open new, unsuspected ways to solve a country's woes?
However, reminiscent of citizens' impotence feelings when, hours after an illegal military coup happened in Latin America, recognition would come from the US quickly followed by most other countries.

Congratulations Reekie ! I knew I could count on you to defend the illegitimate Maduro....and the illegal constituent assembly called by Maduro (to alter the laws in his favor), the substitution of the all members of the Supreme court with Chavista puppets, the regime's killing of hundreds of Venezuelan protesters, the imprisonment of the opposition ....you never disappoint me.
