TO GENERALIZE, it's a pity that when one studies Int'l-Relations; they somehow [purposefully?] forget to teach that many governments are run by the Basic Whore-House Principles and those who run it [the government, I mean] have a Thorough Pimp-Mentality! In the democracies; this “phenomenon” is much more “visible”!

Brit Bob! Thank you, that's an excellent resource. Of course the Argentine view of international laws and peace treaties is that any law signed by any Argentine government that goes against the post-1939 Falklands claims is null and void.
