TO GENERALIZE, it's a pity that when one studies Int'l-Relations; they somehow [purposefully?] forget to teach that many governments are run by the Basic Whore-House Principles and those who run it [the government, I mean] have a Thorough Pimp-Mentality! In the democracies; this phenomenon is much more visible!
