    As long as China+Russia + Venezuelan Generals are on Maduro's side; Venezuela has little to gain.

    In the above situation, The Lima Group or any other alliance dare not play aggressive+decisive roles in Venezuela - “Everything [nothing!?!] is on the table” !!?!!

    As far as the Brazilian Generals [now, politicians as well] are concerned, they can't play aggressive+decisive roles even in Brazil to tackle & to intervene the Organised Crime & Corruption - neither alone nor with the US-Involvement [both losing the battle against crime]:
