- Many of these Willing-Countries are so democratic that convicts are gleefully elected although they are behind bars and a vast majority has not even seen what's behind the bars - that's how strong the Law+Order is!

“Prosur is a forum “without ideology and bureaucracy, but with a total commitment to freedom, democracy and human rights,” Piñera said.

What a joke. For Piñera, ideology ”is the other.” He does not have any. Or does he? In any event, this handful of conservative governments won't live long enough to cause too much damage, and their Prosur will be as ephemeral as an end-of-season rain.
