A judge has barred a planned celebration marking the anniversary of the 1964 Brazilian coup which overthrew the democratic government of the elected leader Joao Goulart. Now that the carnival is over + the masses are waking up [slowly]; Brazil DOES need some excuse - ANY excuse - to celebrate ANYTHING that may divert the attention of the population from the main issues!
