    This irrational manoeuvre makes no sense other than from the politicians' points of view, as their intention is to remove the COAF from where it should be - Min of justice, to investigate suspicious financial movement - to the Min of Economy, thus an attempt to weaken it....but Moro and PG have already agreed, that if Congress manages to pull it off, Moro will simply transfer the whole COAF structure, as it stands today - with staff chosen by Moro - lock, stock and barrel, to PG.

    I have no doubt that “legalizing” corruption IS Congress's objective. To pardon all past crimes, and for future ones, get just a rap on the knuckles...
