Blaming the victims. Nothing new from a government that has shown contempt for everybody but themselves.

The recession is the fault of the drought, the Turkish crisis, the Brazilian crisis. Officials often describe economic news such as inflation, peso dropping value, unemployment numbers, plummeting industrial activity as if they are spectators instead of decision makers.

Blaming the sub crew is only one more display of these people's utter arrogance and refusal to take responsibilities.

Let's hope the government issued from the October election will conduct a responsible investigation. The current one will never do it -- they are hopeless.

Saying that the crew suffered from a lack of training is not 'blaming the crew'... it is blaming the people who were supposed to ensure that the crew were well trained.

REF: “The current one'ill never do it - they are hopeless”:

    Helpless OR Hopeless?

You mean nobody is even willing to buy the country?
