The worst gangleaders are already in Brasília....and will stay there.

Anyway, referring to Manaus, should've let them fight until the last man standing...

That's logical!

But practically, many of these VIP-Prisoners being the “Political-Associates” too, will be treated “With Respect”!

After all; the crooks of ALL creeds flock together! Besides, a lot of “Financial Support+Protection” to the politicians comes from these celebrated imprisoned VIPS!
