Doesn’t seem to be working very well, to say the least.
They make it sound like a right to education, healthcare and a pension is somehow unusual. No one even knows what's going to be in the new constitution, so I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourselves worrying.

It's the 'security' forces that are killing people, aiming to destroy the eyes of more than 200 Chileans, injuring and arresting thousands and abusing women in odious attempts to terrorize demonstrators, so far with little success -- such is the anger after so many years of blatant inequality.
Funny thing happens to an armed person when Molotov cocktails get thrown at them...
