Stop moaning and sort it yourselves FA- Simple - if clear racist shouting- Ref Immediatley awards a goal score to the team of the person being insulted. If it continues- another goal awarded.

Then with CCTV - the Offenders fined a straight £1000 each - and banned from Football Grounds - FOR LIFE.
