Argentine President Alberto Fernandez said on Thursday he doubts that a prosecutor who died two days after accusing former President Cristina Kirchner of a cover-up in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community centre committed suicide. But he insisted there isn't a shred of proof that Alberto Nisman was murdered, as his family insists. Read full article

No, I'm not blaming the Venezuelans nor do I believe CFK ordered the termination.
There was another Jew in the USA that the authorities have decided killed himself, but a large number of people worldwide have a contrary opinion...
The question in that infamous case points directly against some very powerful people, including Prince Andrew, but obviously none of them ordered the murder...
People protecting their clients however, I'm convinced ordered his termination, despite being under intense 24 hour surveillance...
...like Nisman, Epstein's guard conveniently was not on station...
Getting back to Nisman, the question remains:
لمن هي فائدة؟
Cui Bono?
Meanwhile, the current American President is busy terminating some of the Persians representining the initial cause of the bombing in Buenos Aires...

Out of respect to my two Argentine naval friends, I'll abstain from commenting about the outrageous backstory of el ARA Almirante Irízar that Alberto is so proud of...
I will also kindly note that Argentine naval officers set the finest meals for mess and the Military club in Buenos Aires is arguably one of the finest in the world.
I sincerely hope the vessel has smooth uneventful sailing for the remainder of its history.
Chicureo, glad to see you've still got your priorities right ! salud !
Jan 03rd, 2020 - 07:56 pm - Link - Report abuse 0The main direction one should look at, as president Alberto Fernández pointed out, is to consider who stood to gain if Nisman's death was found to be an assassination.
Jan 04th, 2020 - 12:13 am - Link - Report abuse -4Nine months prior to a presidential election, Macri was flying low in opinion polls. Fake news splashed across Clarin's front pages -- Maximo Kirchner's well-garnished offshore accounts, Axel Kicilloff's earning large sums as a YPF board member, combined with prosecutors and judges' hounding, all played a part in increasing Macri's vote intention. However the prosecutor's death and the allegations that it was an assassination ordered by then president Cristina Fernandez was the most eroding allegation in the months prior to the election.
CFK had nothing to gain and everything to lose from Nisman's death after his public denunciation.
However, all of the above is circumstantial. The single most effective evidence came out of Nisman's alleged crime scene: In almost five years, not a shred of evidence of third-party intervention in Nisman's death has surfaced.
That is to say, if somebody entered Nisman's apartment and killed the prosecutor, the many experts looking for traces of such intervention were not successful. In such circumstances, and in spite of the noise and the many assumptions surrounding the case, it becomes rather difficult to support an assassination theory.
Unless, of course, you have a stake on it.
The troublesome Jew was a major problem causing difficulties for too many powerful entities. SIDE and many other players could have easily staged Nisman to involuntary kill himself.

It's always been fun watching the despicable Kamerad/Komrade Rique, the José Goebbels of MercoPress, try to claim Nisman committed suicide. I remember when the Torturer's Tango Duo (ie Kamerad/Komrade Rique and Gauchito Drink) were laughing it up when he was murdered, calling him a chantapufi. Of course, they have always advocated that Argentina default on its debts, the very definition of a chantapufi (defaulter/scammer.) Naturally, when he finally meets True Social Justice, I'll be joking about his committing suicide...regardless of the facts.

Problem with the suicide theory is that would have to leave traces, which were not found.

A forensic scientist told me that the only way it could not be on him if he committed suicide, was if after he shot himself and before he hit the floor, he washed/changed his clothes and showered himself.
Somebody killed him, question is who, which won’t be investigated while it’s a suicide.
There isn’t a shred of proof he committed suicide, in fact the evidence contradicts that theory.

Pugol: The Macrists, who won the 2015 election partly because the speculation they helped to fuel that the prosecutor had been murdered on CKF orders, put huge pressure on the judiciary to find proof of an assassination. Such pressure included the removal of the original prosecutor and judge from the case.
This pressure also forced calling a body with little expertise on autopsies, the Gendarmerie, to put together a second report -- with an assassination as a foregone conclusion -- contradicting the original findings of a forensic team of experts appointed by the Supreme Court.
Only one detail about the Gendarmerie report's clumsiness: Analyzing the data from the original autopsy, the so-called experts concluded that Nisman died at 2:46 a.m. on Sunday. Now, no forensic expert will ever give you the exact time of a person's death -- only a range, usually of a few hours.
So, your statement about it won't be investigated... is erroneous. The judge in charge did all in his power to prove a homicide, including obtaining a ridiculous, unprofessional and biased report on which the Gendarmerie experts will soon be called to testify.
Politics and truth are not very good friends.
There still remains the possibility that someone staged Nisman to involuntary kill himself.
