Lacalle Pou is not so stupid as to make any deal with Trump, guranteed gto be self-serving one-way, unless he can completely flip it to his advantage. If not, he needs to wait a year and do it over with a much more internationally friendly Democratic administration.

Lacalle Pou is politicaly situated right of centre, and does not appreciate the self-righteous, bleeding heart left, i.e., US democrats, especially those from CA....let's wait and see who he prefers to deal with, Trump now, or Trump in 2021.
