Gilbert House, seat of the Falkland Islands Legislative Assembly has released its expenses figures for 2019, detailing the money paid on claims by each of the Members of the Legislative Assembly. The expenses are broken down into headings such as flights, accommodation, meals, telephone, and internet.

Often they are an indication of which MLA has travelled abroad the most as part of their duties. Ian Hansen is the only MLA to use the ferry with any regularity, while Stacy Bragger is the only MLA to claim nothing for internet usage.

There is also a reimbursement of nearly £1,300 from Barry Elsby, who was the victim of credit card fraud while at a Commonwealth Parliamentary Association summit in Uganda.
