    This welcome injection of cash with the purpose of addressing vulnerable children and youth is totally in line with president Alberto Fernandez goal of improving the living conditions of that sector of the Argentine population.

    A realistic schedule will allow the country to begin repayments once the benefits of the investment through providing a better start for so many new citizens have been fulfilled.
