Argentine “militant” journalist apologizes to Malvinas war rank and file veterans

A well-known face in Buenos Aires television, and member of the so-called new school of “militant” journalism, very close to the Kirchner governments, had to backtrack and publicly apologize to the combatants who fought in the South Atlantic conflict after calling them a bunch of cowards, who did not defend the motherland and ignominiously surrendered to the British. Top man. I could do with him every week.

My Paper on the 1982 war (https://falklandstimeline.files.wordpress.com/2020/05/1982-74-days.pdf) downloaded 392 times in 48 hours. The concise history, 253 times (//falklandstimeline.files.wordpress.com/2020/03/falkland-wars-1700-1850-1.pdf).

I have sent him my thanks. I hope he survives long enough to receive them. I figure it's 50:50.

He was correct in one way. They lost the war largely due to inept and incompetent planning and lack of organisation from the top leaders. The men on the ground in the front line did fight to their best in may cases- but limited by the bungling at the top levels. Starting on day 1- they should have had troops ready to fast helicoptered to San Carlos on Landing Day as soon as they heard- and their AirForce should, have just gone straight for the Landing and Supply ships and troop ships- not the RN! Even me as a mere “civvy” worked that one out.
Luckily for us Islanders they were bunglers.

It is very good to see South America acquire awareness and nationality after a terrible Hybrid War declared by the USA and its European puppets (except Germany) against our people. Very good!

But they did not “defend their motherland” att all during the whole conflict. They fought the whole war on foreign soil and were eventually evicted.

They defended. The Malvinas Islands are Argentine and were stolen in 1833 by the British Empire.

@ “Brasileiro”, The Islands had been settled by the British in 1765, the Usurpers are the Argentines who were quite rightly removed in 1982, Do Try and keep up !!

Buenos Aires was trespassing in 1833. Even Argentina's own Senate in 1882 said that BA had no rights to hand out land in the Falklands. You need to learn more.

Islanders suffer from Stockholm Syndrome. A powerful Empire that invades the possessions of the newly independent countries of the South. And yet they behave as if the right side was theirs.

Smarts always pay a high price for Justice. Your “Empire” is getting weaker every day. His Empire lives in the shadow of its former North American colonies. And none of you will be proud of the new way of seeing the world moving forward like the monsoons of India, or the vast deserts of Gobi, or the great plains of the Caucasus, or even the water power of Alter do Chão.

    @ Roger Ultraje a Rigor
Beautiful video! Although the cause is emblematic of imperial (decadent) power, barbarizing the weaker peoples. You guys got beaten up, didn't you? A small country in the south of the planet sinking ships of the greatest colonial power the world has ever seen? Victory? I doubt it.

    I prefer this...

Oh bless, an attempt at a poetic metaphor amongst the drivel, note the use of the word “attempt” here.

Monsoons and the waters of Alter do Chão may move, however the Gobi desert and the Plains of the Caucasus don’t, they are as immovable as the Rock of Gibraltar.

Don’t give up your day job just yet.

Alter do Chão moves to Coca-Cola. And the monsoons will move into the Arizona desert.

Monsoons in Arizona should help put out the wild fires in California, however it will have to be renamed Wetzona.

Oh dear, not up with all this are we? After Dunkirk was the Battle of Britain, before Market Garden was Overlord.

If it were not for the British supplying arms to Russia (75% of Tanks the Russians had in the Battle of Moscow were supplied by Britain) in 1941/2 and then the British and Americans forcing the Germans to fight in the west, as well as defend every square meter of Germany, the Germans would have pushed the Russians backed to the Urals and knocked them out of the war, no question.

And what was Brazil’s contribution? Oh yes, safe haven for Nazi war criminals after the war.

    Fool.

I thought you knew history. Even if England wanted to help in 1942/43, it would not be able to. The war in North Africa consumed all British and American resources.

Please advise which T-34 battle tank made in England? Another Fake News from Fake People!

1941/42 Churchill sent far more tanks and Aircraft to Russia than N. Africa:

Priorities were 1: UK, 2: Russia, 3: Mid East, 4: Far East.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lend-Lease#:~:text=In%20accordance%20with%20the%20Anglo,was%20entirely%20free%20of%20charge.

Churchill, Matilda and Valentine tanks were sent, T34s were entirely Russian but did not really appear in any numbers until 1943.

    Learn some history, Fool.

No denial about the “safe haven for Nazi war criminals”, I notice.

Been away for a few days, taking it easy - and decided to look in.

So, would just like to get a couple of words in here before comments are closed....

The “Brasileiro”, aka Brasshole, is an old aquaintance on here....due to the varying levels of stupidity expressd in the posts, after a time it became clear that it was a group, formed by a few ignorant individuals, who would take turns at spouting their ignorance....usually helped along by Google Translate as their English was quite sh*tty.

Believe they are from some small agricultural coop in Paraná, and for some inexplicable reason, have developed a hatred for everything successful....perhaps because they never got anywhere ?....thus their /his hate for putting the Argies in their place in 1982. They / he teams up with losers, such as the Fernandez couple in Argyland, Maduro, Morales, socialism and other similar failures.....
They are leftist radicals and incorrigible liars.... a common trait between those who are leftist sympathizers and those who never got a decent education.

He bears a great similarity to the F*ckwitt, so quite frankly, he doesn't merit the time you and the others - and I - have taken to expose his bs.
BTW, he too is a lover of Lulla.
