A bankrupt, indeed destitute country, with the population on the verge of mass starvation, one more drop in gas/oil prices and it will be a failed state.

Closely followed by Argentina.

The only “wall” is the one Trump will build, to keep out people fleeing the good life in the Bolivarian utopias of S. America.
