Any Latin not paying attention to his partner's (enhanced) breasts should be considered completely acceptable.

Well, thinking with the “wrong head” as we say, can happen. Not knowing he was on line, is frankly stupid in the modern era. So OK, he has to go.

However, no indication that it was not “consensual” with respect to his Missus, so “long history of gender harassment and abuse”?????
