    Well done SafeLane for its persistence and professionalism and congratulations to the people of the Falkland Islands for having your Island home mine free at last.

    Brickbats to the Argentine government that is shamefully trying to score political points over this good news event. They have the temerity to complain that Argentina was not part of the demining process. Well it could have been, it could have offered the UK and FIG assistance, sent Filmus and the rest of the heroes to the Falklands. They could have been gainfully employed walking over the minefields until they found one!

    These people are contemptable.
