Extent of Falklands' “increased vigilance” and quarantine arrangements

Following the announcement of the first civilian case which tested positive to Covid-19, the Falklands Islands Government imposed what it defines as increased vigilance. This is basically voluntary and there is no intention of additional legislation given the cooperation of the community. Anyhow, ExCo did approve changes to existing quarantine arrangements.     Just to clarify for those reading from outside the Islands- the positive is a person who had just arrived from the UK - was in their quarantine and and tested positive at the routine 3-4 days after arrival test. The Virus is thus not out in the Community as far as is known.
    The Quarantine system has hopefuly, caught it.
