Argentina authorizes Sputnik V vaccine; first batch of 300.000 doses expected on Thursday

Argentina's health ministry said on Wednesday it has given the controversial Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine “emergency” authorization, making the country the first in Latin America to do so. The first shipment of the total 25 million doses of the vaccine bought by the Argentine government is due to arrive on Thursday. Read full article

    Rule number one. Never trust ANYTHING a Russian says or does. Rule number two. If during a moment of desperation, lack of other options or moments of weakness where yo feel you can trust them, refer back to rule number one!

    Pfizer’s “unacceptable” term was that their vaccine order had to be paid for prior to delivery. That doesn’t sound unacceptable to me. One only has to look at Argentina’s credit rating.
