Premier Oil announced on Tuesday that shareholders voted in favor of a reverse takeover of private equity-backed Chrysaor to create the British North Sea’s biggest oil and gas producer in which Premier shareholders will hold about 5.5%. Read full article

This is good news for the British oil industry, which I hope bowses other companies like BP, whose share price is still around 50% of what it was before in mid-2018.

The market needs to hear the company's plans, innovations and strategies. That is what attracts investors and what will allow BP to get out of the laconic situation in which it is today.

- I'm indeed waiting for the Oil Company's “plans..., innovations and strategies”....

Specially taking in consideration that 'bout forty% (40%) of the world's oil production is burned yearly as fossil fuels...

Won't bore a “Logical Thinking Market Person” as you..., with childish stuff as “Enviroment”..., “Our children's future”..., “Renevable Energy” and other such sillynesses...

- But maybe some “Savvy Investors”would detect some minor “short to mid-term problem” for the “Oilies” in this worrysome, growing Market Trend..., starting in just four (4) short years from now...:
