The World Bank Board of Directors approved a US$ 300 million loan to expand and improve water and sanitation services in Metropolitan Buenos Aires, particularly in the most vulnerable areas. Yes if this is used as sugested for those in desperate need it will certainly help some of the population worst hit. But we know only to well Argentine rulers are a lot to be desired and will likely mismanage this new loan as they have all the others then cry wolf they cant afford to pay it back. Sound familiar.
What money is actually distributed will only go to politically reliable supporters of the Narcokleptocracy. The rest will go into the usual suspect's pockets
