It’s an absolutely lovely day here in beautiful Viña del Mar — where we just finished a delicious ceviche made with Hass avocados and Reineta fish — that was swimming in the Pacific only last night.

This was accompanied by a chilled Viña Morandé Brut Nature and we had fresh sliced flavorful nectarines for desert.
One of the sad realities of the gender-transitioning Teresa is an unbalanced diet based on her mother’s limited frozen processed food prepared in a microwave. (If only she would adapt to consuming real food it might actually change her nasty character.)
Certainly the hormone treatments must be challenging to her mentally challenged situation.
