This is no more than a 21st Century remake of the old tale of killing the goose that laid the golden eggs...

...as living in Chile — I have absolutely no sympathy for Bolivia — but I do think this type of taxation will result is enormous capital flight that could be used in the Bolivian economy.

Bolivia is really a lost nation. Many of the vehicles on the roads there were stolen in Chile.
