We arrived yesterday in Brazil from the US and not once did anyone ask to see our vaccination records. What they (the airline and federal police at GRU) required was this ludicrous 13 page ANVISA declaration. It is a lengthy self-generated questionnaire that anyone can complete satisfactorily. At least a vaccine record can be sourced back, but the ANVISA document is no more than hearsay. More COVID kabuki theater in Brazil.
