Argentine president Alberto Fernandez announced the construction of an Antarctica Logistic Pole in Ushuaia, which will demand an investment of some US$ 300 million, a long time aspiration of Argentine armed forces to mark or match a strong presence in the extreme south of the continent and in Antarctica. A good example is Argentina, making sure its neighbors do not become friends with the Falklands.

But, Argentina is not caucasian, so this is something else entirely.

Another good example is authoritarian China, punishing nations for becoming friends with Taiwan.

But, China is not caucasian, so this is something else entirely.

It is just white people that bother Patrick.
