Disclaimer & comment rulesI agree with the ministry not to donate. Firstly, charity starts at home, we have to take care of our country first. A lot of african countries don't have vaccines because of corruption. in south africa they even let the people pay, so why donate vaccines if it is not for the benefit of citizens but to enrich the corrupt government.
