For this evening’s fare — Madame is preparing her Corvina meunière aux champignons (similar to sea bass) we purchased early this morning accompanied with baby Romanesco and sweet-potato Dauphinois alongside our favorite chilled Sauvignon blanc from the Casablanca Valley.

Tomorrow morning we have a luncheon at the Navy Club with old friends. (https://www.clubnaval.cl/nuestro-club/historia.html )

¡Saludos cordiales desde Viña del Mar!
