We are already in the planning of our national holiday on the 18th which we’ll have an enormous fiesta at the farmhouse. We’ll then be into the glorious avocado harvest.

For this evening’s fare — Madame is preparing her Corvina meunière aux champignons (similar to sea bass) we purchased early this morning accompanied with baby Romanesco and sweet-potato Dauphinois alongside our favorite chilled Sauvignon blanc from the Casablanca Valley.

Tomorrow morning we have a luncheon at the Navy Club with old friends. (https://www.clubnaval.cl/nuestro-club/historia.html )

¡Saludos cordiales desde Viña del Mar!
