Good news. They already have one nuke targeted at the base operated by the Chinese National Space Administration as part of the Chinese Deep Space Network in Neuquén Province. If the Russians can get a concession for a naval / intelligence gathering installation, they can double Argentina's share of immediate exposure to fallout in the initial exchange!
