“During the twentieth century the Argentine Government have pursued a policy of pin-pricks in connexion with their claim to the Falkland Islands... In 1922 the newly elected Argentine Government forbade their consuls to visa British passports of persons born in the Falkland Islands.” [Memorandum on the Falkland Islands 1947 in LCO 2/490]

“... this decision of the Argentine Government unfortunately appeared to offer further evidence of their intention to pursue a policy of pin-pricks in connexion with the dispute ...”
[ Dispatch to the Embassy in Buenos Aires, dated December 10, 1935]

…and there’s the biggest cry baby of them all just above.

It must really piss you off, Think, that Brazil, and indeed the entire tourist organisation. just pays Argentina lip service over the Falklands.

Stand is still there then, like military flights via Brazil still happening, not to mention ships/warships docking all over the continent.

Almost as if no one actually pays any attention to Argentina other than lip service.

Must be upsetting for them being ignored like that.

Except in Wallmapu, where they tell them to F*ck Off back to where they came from.

Oh yes, they side with Argentina verbally but their actions speak louder than words. I mean, why would Brazil let all those MoD flights call in otherwise and why would Chile and Brazil provide us a commercial flight service, and why would Chile allow Falklands-registered aircraft to transit through and land at their airports.

    Poor old Think.

    Chuckle chuckle.

The best he can do is repeat others and attach links to irrelevant trash.

Still, he’s been on MP almost as long as me, and that’s a long time now. The difference is, he is hopelessly obsessed with it, whereas I have the odd dabble.

“It must really piss you off, Joe, that Brazil, Chile and indeed the whole of Southamerica always side with Argentina over the Malvinas...”

And yet for all that supposed support, Trunks, the C24 does not recommend its own Falklands resolution for adoption by the UN, and there has been no UN GA debate since 1989. No UN resolution since 1988.

All that support - and not even a request for a GA debate. Funny. No?

Meanwhile, the struggle of the indigenous people of Wallmapu, to free themselves of the colonial oppression of the ‘implanted’ Kurepi murderers, goes on.

Maybe its a good idea that they (all-anti-foundladers) call with the Pope at Rome to ask him for metal treatments in them mind. The history is done, before the great immigration (eind 18-begin 19e century) they give not a damm-shit about cold Patagonie, So the stranger from France named himself “king from Patoginia” Later they kick him out, back to France because the Indian people like him.Do the Arg. give back also this part of the country on ancestors or take they : “it is what it is now” ?
