Frankly more than a “welcome speach” to the parliamentarians from various countries which should have been the theme of CGK's speach it turned out to be a lambasting of the President - Alberto Fernandez - whom she appointed in the first place. A speach completely out of line as it's of no concern to this international group to have to put up with her gripes about what is not being carried out by the government in accordance to her wishes. A total and absolute respect lack in every sense of the phrase. But having said the foregoing “what else can be expected from a completely deranged person who is more interested in her personal wellbeing than any other matter of far more importance, like for example inflation, extremely high leverl of poverty, etc.??”
