Argentine foreign minister Santiago Cafiero has ordered an internal investigation to determine whether vice president, Christina Fernandez de Kirchner, became drunk during a meeting in Argentina with General Laura Richardson, Commander of the United States Southern Command. It is claimed that during the meeting, the vice president did not take the opportunity to inappropriately mention the Falkland Islands once, despite it not being on the agenda and despite the fact General Richardson is in no position to offer a view on the matter..
