The heading should in fact read “Cristina Kirchner picks Silvina Batakis as new Economy Minister” as that is exactly what occured. The fact that although Alberto Fernandez is legally President of Argentina is totally irrelvant as he is just a nominal figure obeying the whims and whoes of CFK who in actual fact rules the roost.
