Argentine minister off on European tour to buy new submarine
Argentina's Defense Minister Jorge Taiana and a team of top-ranking Navy officers are on a trip to Europe to hold talks with several shipyards for the purchase of a new submarine to replace the ARA San Juan, it was reported. Read full article

Jul 08th, 2022 - 04:01 pm - Link - Report abuse 0This constitutes a unilateral and illegitimate action by Argentina, not compatible with Resolution 31/49 from the UN General Assembly, calling both on Argentina and UK to abstain from adopting decisions which mean the introduction of unilateral modifications of the situation.
Argentina cannot complain about future British military deployments in the region.
The French are suddenly looking for Sub orders, probably do a good deal at least when you sign the contract, after that the price will skyrocket.

What is a “sean mine” ? can it launch any type of sean or only one specific sean ? I can imagine dozens of cloned sean beans being shot threw the torpedo tubes bobbing around the Falklands Sea.
