I hope that the F.I. will participate this year. Then we will se the same procedure as last year, the same procedure as ever year. Argentina will try to exclude them. But this exposition is organized by a private association in a foreign country. The Argentine Foreign ministry cannot give them orders, even if they believe so.

I have no doubt the Argentine politicians will do everything they can to stop the Falklands attending, but hopefully common sense will prevail,
