    The paragraph in the Malvinas Constitution that states that an individual is not qualified to be registered as an elector, or to be elected as a member of the Legislative Assembly if they...:
    “By virtue of his or her own act, under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience or adherence to a foreign Power or State....” MUST IMMEDIATELY BE AMMENDED..., so it fulfills its originally intended SPIRIT...!

    It should read...:
    Blah blah blah...,“By virtue of his or her own act, under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience or adherence to a foreign Power or State called Argentina....”

    Simples...
