This article is poorly written, confusing MW with MWh. An electricity source produces a level of power, measured in Watts. It supplies an amount of energy by producing that power over a period of time - this is measured in Watt hours (or Kilowatt hours, KWh, or Megawatt hours, MWh).
In this article, all references should be to MW, not MWh.
