Argentina to oppose Kosovo troops training at Falklands
Argentina's Foreign Ministry Thursday said it would strongly object to the presence of Kosovo troops in the Falkland Islands even if for training purposes because it would be in violation of UN resolutions. Read full article

As for a show of force, annually Argentina conducts an “invasion of a neighbouring island country”, which is a provocation of sorts. I suppose that is ok though, because it's them doing it.

It is true that the Kosovo Liberation Army were outlawed in 1999, however following Kosovo's declaration of independence in 2008 , they formed the Kosovo Security Force, in 2009 and it is recognised by NATO.
