Move the UN Headquarters, move the Research Centers, move the big sporting events, move the big Cultural Centers, move the big financial centers to mother Africa.

Transfer UN/FAO to the Africa Centre.

Transfer a small portion (10%) of our taxes to Africa.

And even then they won't be able to rescue the nth part of what was given to us with the greatest violence on a scale ever seen. Black slavery!

Be fair. Rescue the Destruction that Slavery and Colonialism caused!
