Apr 05th, 2023 - 01:04 pm - Link - Report abuse +1It is purely a legal question of whether there is a case to answer.
Unlike Argentina, the judicial process in the UK is not controlled by politicians.
But don’t worry it will be years before he has exhausted his appeals to UK then European courts.
And then when he is finally in the US it will take a few more years before they decide what they are going to do.
All in all I bet he wishes he’d gone back to Sweden and faced the music there, whatever the outcome he would have been a free man years ago.
So, difficult to feel sorry for him as all this is as a result of conscious decisions he has made, that have backfired on him.
‘PERFIDIOUS ALBION’ is it, you thieving, racist, Malvinazi, Argy F*ck.
PERFIDIOUS ALBION strikes again, UK courts deliver a body blow to Argentina trying to get out of paying what it owes.

Smart move really, writing up the contracts in London, a fortune in work for solicitors, who don’t come cheap, not to mention exorbitant court fees.
So, a very bad result for Argentina but a very profitable one for the English legal system.
Remarkable that Argentina can afford to waste money on this scale, considering:
‘south American nation’s economy that’s on the brink of another recession this year and is saddled with some of the world’s highest inflation. A historic drought is making matters worse.’
Probably a good think really, otherwise they would have only spent the money on printing maps of the S. Atlantic coloured blue, like that changes anything.
