Great!! Now we have an Uruguayan Speaker for PARLASUR.
The main questions that come to mind are: What doe they do? When do they meet? For what purpose? Perhaps it's just another organization to keep politicians entertained and of course paid, whilst they have nothing better to occupy their time. So be it!!
