The problem is that Paraguai does not trade with China and tries to export Chinese contraband products, only changing the label to nationalize the goods, and many times it does not even bother to do that.

If Paraguai does not change the focus of its diplomacy, I fear it will be isolated in Mercosul. Recognizing Taiwan as a country is not keeping itself neutral, it is attacking the bloc's biggest trading partner.

Paraguai will have no advantage in trying to export smuggled products!
