As I've mentioned several times, we greatly enjoy the music and culture of our Argentine neighbors, but cannot fathom their hardheaded stubborn political fantasy's regarding the Falklands.
By the way, our attached recipe was prepared two weeks ago and defrosted yesterday. Pastel de Choclo is Chilean Criolla cuisine, that's perfect for our family this evening.
