Surely it would be more economical if Argentina were to sort out their internal problems and find ways to actually make their own money, instead of wasting it on projects that are costing them far more, for example the Falklands issue. They must be spending mega money to keep that dream alive.
Borrowing on top of borrowing is not the right way forward. The IMF is not a bottomless money pit and that two will one day dry up.
Argentina has to change economic course and start rebuilding their export markets. Failing to do so will just tighten the noose around their necks.
