The old lady who makes empanadas offered me scrambled eggs with butter on her marvelous marvelous mud oven bread.
We discussed local affairs in Panquehue, including her daughter now living at her home.
I asked her to kindly prepare a chicken empanada for lunch.
The vineyards are all thriving and I look forward inspecting the orchards later in the day...
It's always a pleasant feeling to be at the family farm!
