When I served in the Navy, there was a helpful program to help sailors to loose weight.

I've spent today supervising the vineyards preparation, hopefully start harvesting our first table grapes in late February.
Meanwhile, I've been harvesting plums, apricots and nectarines from our garden to enjoy with the family this weekend.
