Congratulations to Petrobras for bringing this exciting discovery on line. I was one of the ex-pats working the oil patch in Brazil during the 80's when Petrobras siphoned off the best and the brightest in a planned quest to achieve energy self-sufficiency. I was impressed then by the talent and dedication of the professionals in the company and those efforts are still bearing fruit, despite various setbacks and regrettable corruption.
