Also, no risk of double-jeopardy - even if the cases against him were ressuscitated, and in the “correct” jurisdiction, Nine-fingers won't be tried again due to his age.

His erroneous interpretaion of the law is pathetic....it starts with his interpretation of the principle of presumption of innocence, in Brazil.
“......Presumption of Innocence means the accused shall not be considered guilty until his criminal conviction has become final 'n non-appealable”.. in any civilized country, jail time starts immediately after first conviction, all appeals made from prison. Not in Brazil.
This, F*ckwitt hasn't understood yet. Here, historically, 'n based on the ridiculous law that prison-time could start ony after being convicted by the STF (4th instance) or, after the so-called “Transitado em Julgado”, the STF approved jurisprudence bringing the “Transitado em Julgado” forward to the 2nd instance collegiate courts....with the intention of avoiding dozens of ridiculous appeals with the sole purpose of keeping the criminal out of prison.
By revoking this jurispudence (end 2019), to benefit nine-fingers, the ”Transitado em Julgado was immediately transferred back to the STF.
Also, the fact a 3rd instance court (5 more judges) also confirmed him guilty, does away with any later frivolous accusations against Moro.
So the STF's mission - to release him at any cost - was relatively easy . His 6 friends in the STF, deciding his fate based on their political convictions - as now admitted by Gilmar Mendes - did the trick.

Today Skippy faces a severe case of obesity and very upset that Donald Trump's winning the election this November.

In fact, after he was released, one of the Supreme Justices, now retired, went further, to avoid any doubt...he told reporters something to the effect of “don't confuse his release with being innocent”...

Well, well, well......Terry F*ckwitt, you never cease to surprise me with your useless contortions to try to wiggle out of a tight spot....
If I remember correctly - and this time I certainly do - it was you who posted that nine-fingers was innocent....that the Supreme Court had ”exonerated“ him... YOUR words. I politely explained that you were wrong. You replied insisting he had been...several times. I then asked you to show me proof of your allegations. You didn't - because you couldn't.

In this case his conviction wasn't 'reversed' (he was 'released'); there was no 'demonstration of innocence', and, the STF decided that the Federal Court they - repeat, 'they' - had appointed 5 years earlier to deal with the Lavajato investigation, was not the correct jurisdiction....that weak excuse became their “flaw” ........what a demonstration of lack of shame and total incompetence, if there ever was one.
After that, the STF lost all their credibility, not to be trusted.
But the main point is, that from my asking you to show me proof that nine-fingers was declared innocent - as per your various, insistent allegations - you now try to put the burden on me, to show that he wasn't (declared innocent)......have to laugh .....are you adopting this childish attitude because you are reluctant to admit you've pissed out the pot ??
So, since you were the first person on here to allege nine-fingers was /is innocent, the burden (to prove that) is on YOU, Numb nuts....
