The Uruguayan Government of President Luis Lacalle Pou has found in Javier Milei's Argentina the partner it longed for within the Southern Common Market to clear the way for individual members of the bloc to seek unilateral trade alliances with other countries or regional alliances. In this scenario, Foreign Minister Omar Paganini Wednesday welcomed Buenos Aires' endorsement to make Mercosur more flexible. Read full article

    Let's see if I understand this correctly: Uruguay signs a Free Trade Agreement with China, China would sell its products to Uruguay with zero taxes and Uruguay would resell these same products to Brazil tax-free. Is that it?

    It would be better to end Mercosul.

    Maybe now Bras you can see the real China and what they are up to, they couldnt care less about Brazil or anyone other nation, as you have been told many times, you should be really concerned with what China wants from South America,
